Unmaintained software does not stop all at once: it decays quietly, until the day the backup you thought you had turns out not to exist. This service exists so that day does not come.
What operations cover
Backups verified by restoring them
A backup never restored is not a backup, it is an assumption. We restore periodically onto a separate environment and give you the result. Copies are encrypted and kept in several places.
Monitoring and alerts
Availability, disk space, scheduled jobs, application errors. When a nightly job fails we see it in the morning - not three weeks later, when the figures stop making sense.
Security patching and updates
Operating system, database, application dependencies. Updates are applied after testing, in an agreed window, never on a busy day.
Fixes and small changes
Defects are fixed within the subscription. Changes that real use brings to light are quoted separately, and you decide.
A log you can read
Interventions, incidents, updates, tested restores: all recorded and available to you. You know what you are paying for, and a future supplier will know what was done.
What we do not do
No minimum term: the subscription can be cancelled monthly. No lock-in either - at any time you receive a full backup of your database and exports of your documents, with no negotiation and no exit fee.
