The scoping workshop

Half a day at your offices, before any commitment. You leave with a written scope, even if you go no further.

2 to 3 wks
Before a working prototype

Not a document: an application your teams open and use. That is where the gaps show, not six months later.

0
Per-seat licences

The price does not depend on how many people use it. Adding a storekeeper or a salesperson does not change your bill.

100 %
Of your data stays yours

Hosted and backed up in Morocco. If you leave, the full database and your document exports are handed over, with no negotiation.

Why us

Why choose WebApp

  • Your figures are right, or they are refused

A stock issue larger than what is available is blocked, not recorded and corrected next month. An approved document cannot be quietly edited: it is cancelled and reissued, and the trace remains. It is constraining for the first few weeks, and it is why your reports are still accurate six months later.

  • Your Sage stays in charge

We read your Sage 100 or Sage X3 company file and write documents into it, never duplicating the database nor touching your accounting configuration. We always begin with a read-only pass: you see your own volumes before a single line is written. If the extension does not suit you, it is removed without leaving a trace.

  • The price does not depend on user count

Three people or thirty, the amount is the same, and it is stated before we start. Counting licences pushes companies to restrict access, which recreates the double entry the software was meant to remove. No minimum term either: the subscription can be cancelled monthly.

  • Your data stays yours

The database is hosted in Morocco, backed up daily, and the backups are verified by restoring them. You own it: at any time, including the day you leave, you receive a full backup and exports of your documents, with no negotiation and no exit fee.

They work with us

We had three spreadsheets and one person retyping from one into another. That retyping job no longer exists. And it is the first time a supplier showed us the software running on our own items before asking us to sign.
Finance and administration director Food distribution - Casablanca
The price given after the workshop is the price we were invoiced, with no surprise amendment. The document also stated what was not included: that detail is what decided us.
Operations manager Building materials trade - Rabat
We keep Sage for accounting, and daily operations run elsewhere. The read-only pass at the start reassured us: nothing was written into Sage until we had approved it.
Managing director Production workshop - Tangier

Our approach

Six steps, from the first visit to day-to-day operation. Each states its duration, what you receive, and what we need from you.

  1. Step 1 · half a day · free

    Scoping workshop, on your site

We follow one real flow end to end - an order, a case file, a service call, a goods receipt, whichever fits your trade. Who enters what, on which medium, and at which point the information gets retyped somewhere else. It is the retyping that costs, not the missing software.

    Deliverable
A written record of the flows observed and where value leaks, yours to keep even if we go no further.
    Your part
Two people who do the work daily, not only management.
  2. Step 2 · 3 to 5 days

    Scope document and firm price

We write down what will be built, split into deliverable increments, and we price it. The document also states what is not included - the part quotations leave out, and the cause of most disputes six months later. The figure stated here is the figure invoiced.

    Deliverable
Scope increment by increment, firm price, schedule, and an explicit list of exclusions.
    Your part
A read-through, and a decision on what goes into the first increment.
  3. Step 3 · 2 to 3 weeks

A working mock-up on your own data

Your main screens exist and respond, populated with your own references, accounts and prices - not sample data. You judge on evidence, early, while changing course still costs almost nothing.

    Deliverable
An application reachable from your browser, loaded with a slice of your real data.
    Your part
An extract of your files, and an hour of hands-on trial by the people concerned.
  4. Step 4 · increments of 2 to 4 weeks

    Development delivered in usable increments

Each increment goes into production and does real work, rather than waiting for one delivery at the end. You see progress against your own operation, and you can reorder what comes next between increments. A project that only reveals itself after eight months reveals itself too late.

    Deliverable
Per increment: the function in service, its documentation, and the plan for the next one.
    Your part
One reachable contact, and feedback from use after each go-live.
  5. Step 5 · one day

    Data migration and cut-over

We import your reference data and balances, then hand you the list of duplicates, orphan references and discrepancies found. Nothing is silently corrected: you decide. The cut-over happens in an agreed window, with the old system still readable.

    Deliverable
A quantified migration report, and a backup of the state before cut-over.
    Your part
Decisions on the anomalies, and a date.
  6. Step 6 · ongoing

    Hosting, maintenance and evolutions

Backups verified by restoring them, monitoring, fixes, and the changes that real use brings to light. The first weeks always surface cases nobody had foreseen. Software that is not maintained decays quietly.

    Deliverable
A periodic review, access to the backups, and the log of interventions.
    Your part
Tell us what gets in the way. Nothing else: there is no minimum term.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to replace our accounting software?
No, and we advise against it. Your accounting works, your accountant knows it, and it is compliant. We connect to it: entries stay there, rules stay there. What we add is the day-to-day operation the package does not cover - lookups, field entry, customer self-service, dashboards.
How long before we are up and running?
A working mock-up on your own data in two to three weeks, then increments of two to four weeks going live one after another. You do not discover the software at the end: you use it while it is being built. Total duration depends on scope, and the scope document states it before you sign.
Who owns the data?
You do, without reservation. The database is yours, the documents are yours, and the code written for your project is delivered to you. At any time, including the day you decide to leave, you receive a full backup of the database and exports of your documents - no negotiation, no exit fee.
Does the subscription depend on the number of users?
No. Three people or thirty, the amount is the same. We charge for the application, not for seats: counting licences pushes companies to restrict access, which recreates the double entry the software was meant to remove. Adding a store or a salesperson does not change your bill.
What happens if the server goes down?
Monitoring alerts us before you in most cases. Backups are encrypted, kept in several places, and their restoration is tested periodically on a separate environment - a backup never restored is not a backup, it is an assumption. Recovery time and maximum acceptable data loss are written into your contract, not left to chance.
Is our data secure?
Traffic is encrypted, passwords are stored as non-reversible hashes, and server access is named and logged. Permissions are set per role: each person sees what concerns them, no more. Our own access is limited to operations and support, logged, and it ends with the contract.
Do you work outside Casablanca?
Yes, throughout Morocco - Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Fez and elsewhere. The scoping workshop and the go-live happen at your site, because a workflow cannot be understood over the phone. Routine follow-up is remote, saving you travel costs that add nothing.
What if we want to change supplier later?
You leave with the database, the exports and the code, plus the operating documentation: how the application is installed, where the backups are, what to do when a job fails. A next supplier must be able to take over without calling us. We would rather be kept because the work suits you than because leaving is expensive.
Can we start small?
That is what we recommend. A first increment on the process that costs you most today, put into production and judged on your own figures. You decide what comes next with a running project in front of you, not a promise. One store, one branch or one team is enough to start.
Does the application work on a phone?
Yes, in the browser, with nothing to install and no app store. Screens are built for the thumb: large targets, minimal typing, lists readable at arm's length. They stay usable on a slow connection, and an interrupted entry is not lost - the difference between a field tool and a demo given at the office.
