Between the signed delivery note and the money collected there is a gap: parcels returned, deliveries refused, cash coming back a day late. That is where the margin is lost.
What the application changes
The round is tracked as it happens
Parcels assigned, sequence, status per stop: delivered, postponed, refused, absent. The principal sees progress without calling the driver.
Proof of delivery is attached to the document
Signature, photo, refusal reason, timestamp. A dispute is settled by opening the delivery, not by hunting for a paper slip in a folder.
Returns are checked on return, not later
Returned parcels scanned against the list that left in the morning. The discrepancy appears immediately - the only moment it can still be explained.
Cash on delivery is reconciled
Expected collections per carrier, amounts remitted, discrepancies, fees withheld. You know what is still owed, by whom, and since when.
What we do not do
We do not optimise routes by itinerary calculation and we do not track your drivers continuously. We track parcels and documents.
Cash on delivery, where the money goes missing
In Morocco a large share of deliveries is paid in cash at the customer's door. That is where tracking most often stops: the parcel is delivered, the cash is collected by the driver or the carrier, and three things that do not talk to each other then have to be reconciled - delivery notes, the carrier's statement, and the bank.
Here the reconciliation is done line by line. Each delivery carries its expected amount; the carrier's statement is imported; discrepancies surface on their own, with a reason where one is known. What has not been paid back is visible, and visible early - not at month-end close.
Returns, which cost twice
A refused parcel costs the outbound freight, the return freight, and the goods if they come back damaged or do not come back at all. Returns are therefore checked on physical arrival: what went out is compared with what comes back, and a gap becomes a logged dispute rather than a silent loss.
Proof of delivery
On-screen signature, photo of the parcel left, timestamp and position. If it is contested, the proof exists and is found in one search. Without it, the argument is settled by whoever speaks loudest.
Several carriers
Most of our clients use two or three depending on the city and the deadline. Tracking is unified: one screen whatever the carrier, and a delivery rate that is comparable between them - which lets you negotiate rates on figures.
