We design the software your operation actually needs, not the one the catalogue happens to sell. WebApp is a Casablanca-based publisher: we design, build and maintain business applications for Moroccan companies that have outgrown what a spreadsheet can carry.
Why we exist
Most of the companies we meet are not short of software. They have too much of it: an accounting package, two shared spreadsheets, a notebook, and one person retyping from one into the other. Every retyping costs time and introduces an error. The day that person is away, the chain stops.
Our job is to remove those retypings. We start from your real documents - a delivery note, a supplier invoice, a service report - and build the application around them. Your teams keep their habits; it is the double entry that disappears.
What we do
- Custom business applications - purchasing, sales, stock, production, field service, fixed assets. A scope agreed with you, delivered in usable increments.
- Sage 100 and Sage X3 connectivity - your entries stay in Sage, your daily operations move into an interface built for them. We always begin with a read-only pass.
- Taking over existing applications - a development left unfinished, a supplier who no longer answers, a database whose schema nobody holds. We audit before we commit.
- Hosting and maintenance - verified backups, monitoring, fixes, evolutions. Software that is not maintained decays quietly.
How we work
A scoping workshop before any quote
We do not quote on the strength of a phone call. We spend half a day on your premises watching how the work is done today. The workshop is free and commits you to nothing. It produces a document you keep, whether or not you give us the project.
Short deliveries
We deliver in two- to four-week increments, each one usable in production. You see the software running early, on your own data, and you can correct course while correcting it is still cheap. A project that reveals itself after eight months reveals itself too late.
Your data stays yours
You own the database and the delivered code. If you stop, you leave with a full backup and exports of your documents, with nothing to negotiate. We would rather be kept because the work suits you than because leaving is hard.
We write down what we build
Every application ships with its operating documentation: how it is installed, where the backups are, what to do when a job fails. Software only its author can restart is not finished.
Our commitments
- The amount quoted is the amount invoiced. A change of scope is agreed in writing before it is built.
- No per-user licence. Adding a workstation does not change your bill.
- No minimum term. The subscription can be cancelled monthly.
- One named contact for the life of the project, reachable directly.

Our offices are in Casablanca and we work throughout Morocco - Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Fez. Scoping workshops and go-lives happen on your site; routine follow-up is remote, which saves you paying for the travel.
