What we build
We develop management applications: ordering, stock, invoicing, point of sale, online shop, delivery tracking. They run on their own, or connected to an existing Sage 100 or Sage X3.
How it works
It starts with a half-day scoping workshop, free and with no commitment. We follow one order end to end inside your company, note your real documents and the cases that go wrong, then hand over a written scope and a firm price.
Two to three weeks later your main screens exist and can be used with your own data. You correct the wording and the flow before the rest is built on top.
What is included
Hosting in Morocco, daily backup, updates, support by phone and WhatsApp, and an unlimited number of users. Adding a storekeeper or a salesperson does not cost another licence.
Where we work
We work across Morocco. Needs differ from one city to the next, and that shapes how we scope a project.
Casablanca
Casablanca is home to most of the distributors and wholesalers we work with. Scoping workshops happen on site, usually within a week of your call.
Rabat
In Rabat our projects mainly involve professional practices and service firms: case management, deadlines and fee invoicing.
Marrakech
In Marrakech, needs revolve around retail, in-store and online sales, with seasonal peaks that leave no room for approximate stock figures.
Tangier
In Tangier we mostly work with industrial companies and groups that already run an ERP, opening web access without touching the existing system.
Elsewhere - Agadir, Fez, Meknes, Oujda, Kenitra - scoping happens remotely, and nothing in the rest of the project depends on it: the application is hosted in Morocco and runs in any browser.
Our solutions
Distribution and wholesale
Catalogue and stock available to your sales team and your customers, orders entered in the field, per-customer pricing, and a trade counter freed from phone-dictated orders.
Retail and online selling
One stock for the shop and the website, prices that never diverge, and online orders that become management documents.
Practices and professional services
The case file at the centre: documents, deadlines, time spent, fees and follow-ups, instead of a shared folder and calendar reminders.
Manufacturing and Sage-based groups
Shop floor, quality and maintenance connected to Sage X3: orders tracked in real time, inspections recorded, and indicators production recognises.
Transport and logistics
Rounds, proof of delivery, returns and cash-on-delivery reconciliation - the tracking missing between the delivery note and the invoice.
Retail networks
Several stores, one truth: stock per site, transfers, rolling inventories, and figures that compare from one outlet to another.
