What we build
Your processes, not a generic template
Field service and rounds, quality inspections, customer case files, after-sales and returns, production tracking, fleet management, fixed assets. We start from one real flow followed end to end during the scoping workshop, then reproduce your steps and your controls - not those of a vendor who does not know you.
Roles and permissions that match your teams
Each person sees and edits what concerns them: a warehouse keeper does not get the accounting screens, a salesperson does not see margins if they should not. Permissions are set per business group, with no redevelopment when someone joins or leaves.
Audit trail and supporting documents
Who created, who edited, who approved, and when. Photos, scans and attachments are tied to the document they support. A dispute is settled by opening the record, not by digging through a mailbox.
Migration and file exchange
Your current spreadsheets are imported, with duplicates and anomalies reported before integration. Excel exports stay available everywhere: we do not hold your data hostage to keep you inside the application.
Delivered in usable increments
Each two- to four-week increment goes live and does real work. You judge against your own operation, and reorder what comes next between increments.
What we do not do
We do not rebuild your accounting, we do not replace an ERP that works, and we do not proceed by a single switchover at the end. If a market product covers your need, we say so - cheaper for you, more honest from us.
