Web and mobile extension for Sage 100 and Sage X3
Your Sage stays the source of truth. We add what it does not do: catalogue and stock lookups, quote and order entry posted instantly, self-service ordering for your customers, CRM and dashboards.
We do not replace Sage and we do not duplicate your data. Sage 100 or Sage X3 remains the accounting and commercial source of truth; our application extends its reach where the desktop client stops - on the web, on a phone, and in your customers' hands.
What the extension adds
Catalogue and stock, available to whoever needs them
Items, references, applicable prices and available quantities, read from Sage and shown in a screen built for quick lookups. A salesperson on the road, a warehouse keeper, a customer: each sees what Sage holds, without an extra Sage licence and without phoning the counter.
Quotes and orders entered directly, posted instantly
Entry happens in the web application; the document is created in Sage 100 or Sage X3 immediately, with the same numbering, the same pricing and the same controls as if it had been keyed at head office. No export to rework in the evening, no file to re-import: the quote exists in Sage the moment it is confirmed.
Your customers place their own orders
A customer area lets them order without going through a salesperson or the counter: current catalogue, their own credit position and terms, their order history. Your teams stop keying orders dictated over the phone. Self-service orders land in Sage like any other.
Mobility, everywhere
Everything runs in a phone browser: taking an order at the customer's premises, checking stock from a warehouse, signing a delivery note. Nothing to install on workstations, no remote access to configure.
Real data, consistent with Sage
What the application shows is what Sage holds - not a copy exported overnight. Entries stay in Sage, business rules stay Sage's. We always begin with a read-only pass: you see your own volumes and your own data before a single line is written.
Statements, exports and sales analysis
Customer account statements, outstanding balances, ageing, report exports to spreadsheet. Plus the analysis Sage makes laborious: revenue and margin by salesperson, by customer, by product family, period-on-period trends, dormant customers, quotes that never converted.
Per-team dashboards and built-in CRM
Each team sees its own indicators: management, sales, logistics, collections. The CRM - leads, opportunities, follow-ups, visit reports - is built on Sage's accounts and documents rather than a parallel file. It is adapted to each platform: Sage 100 and Sage X3 objects are not alike, and the integration differs accordingly.
Purchase orders captured by automatic reading
Orders arriving as PDFs or scans are read automatically - references, quantities, prices - then submitted for approval before creation in Sage. Nothing is posted without a human seeing the discrepancies: automatic reading saves the typing, not the checking.
What we do not do
We do not copy your database into another system, we do not touch your chart of accounts, and we do not require a Sage version upgrade to start. If the extension does not suit you, it is removed without leaving a trace in Sage.
