Business management ERP
Till, stock, invoicing and logistics in a single application
A complete management application, live at a Moroccan distributor: seventy-eight screens, from over-the-counter sales to cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
It replaces the spreadsheet, the till software and the round notebooks with a single tool where stock, prices and documents never drift apart.
Sales
Quick multi-document sale
Quote, order, delivery note or invoice from one screen. The salesperson picks the document at the end, not the start.
Quotes and per-customer pricing
The price list for THIS customer applies on its own, discount included. The salesperson does not hunt for the right price.
Invoicing and credit notes
The invoice picks up the delivery note without re-keying, item reference on every line. Delivered and invoiced can no longer differ.
Scheduled promotions and capped discounts
Dated promotions that stop on their own, discounts capped per user. Salespeople negotiate without going below your floor.
Customer loyalty
Points earned automatically on invoices, converted into vouchers. No card to print, no separate software.
Stock
Multi-warehouse stock
Availability per warehouse, reserved, weighted-average valuation. An issue above available stock is blocked, not fixed next month.
Handheld stocktaking
Counting where the goods are, item by item, proof required before validation. That is what makes a discrepancy explainable.
Bin locations
Every item has a place, and the application says where to find it. A new picker becomes useful on day one.
Batches, serials and expiry
Batch number, serial number, expiry date. In a recall, tracing where a batch went takes one search.
Inter-warehouse transfers
An issue AND a receipt, separated in time. Until the receiving warehouse books it in, goods are in transit - the status missing everywhere else.
Stock analysis
What sits still, what is missing, what ties up cash. Dormant stock is a distributor's first cash reserve.
Purchasing
Purchase orders
The supplier order follows its own path, from need to receipt. What was ordered and never received is visible.
Checked goods receipt
Line-by-line check against the order. A gap found on arrival is settled with the supplier; found a month later, it is paid for.
Assisted replenishment
The suggestion is built from real outflows and supplier lead time, not a minimum set once and forgotten.
Supplier returns
The return is tracked through to the credit note. Goods sent back untracked are a claim nobody remembers to make.
Commerce
Customer file
Outstanding, history, documents and payments on one screen. You know what a customer owes before offering anything else.
Sales pipeline
Deals by stage, with a dated follow-up. An opportunity without a next action is a lost opportunity.
Integrated online shop
The storefront uses the same stock and price lists as the counter. A web order becomes a management document without re-keying.
Reps and commissions
Targets, results and commissions computed on paid invoices, not on promises.
Logistics
Delivery tracking
Where each parcel is, with which carrier, for how long. Deliveries that drag surface before the customer calls.
Cash on delivery
The carrier statement is reconciled line by line. What was not paid back shows at once, not at month-end.
Proof of delivery
On-screen signature, parcel photo, timestamp. If contested, the proof is found in one search.
Return checking
What went out is compared with what comes back, by scan. A gap becomes a logged dispute, not a silent loss.
Overview
Accounting and due dates
Journals, matching, customer and supplier due dates. Collection starts from invoices, not a parallel spreadsheet.
Permissions by department
Twelve role profiles, each seeing only its own screens. A warehouse operator has no access to margins, a rep none to payroll.
Audit trail
Who changed what, when, and what the previous value was. Nothing is physically deleted - everything can be recovered.
